Self awareness is a start, the next step is that you have to move forward, do something to reach the dream and make the action to make your dream come true to stay survive and to accomplished success. So that, there is a formula to define success: self awareness + study + action +develop = success.
Reading a success story will rich our knowledge and make some refreshment to grow up motivated by other. You will hear his name from the books, articles, quotes, SD audio and internet. He is special because he shows his achievements and trusted in the world, it make him prior above the average.

Self development is that the word that we often heard. Self development it self can be divine by the self extension and self improvement. This statement often easy to say but hard to apply, if you being ask about your self development to start, it is probably make your self curious too. Basically, everything will grow up, if they do not they will die as well as the human, we have to develop our self quality to stay survive, grow, and develop in the middle of the rapid changing world.
This is the reason why people have to make a change and develop their self. If you do not want to be ignored by the changing wheels that run faster. As the nature law said, who stronger, he will survive, and this process is applicable in the success law. If you do not change, so be ready the world will change for you.
So the most important is that the change of human is making their own development to be success in life. The point is, the self development is not that instant process, all we do is a process and that process is the development process we will learn.

In peoples mind, there are many perception in define success. There are: to make the country become better; the material, reward, status, and authority achievements; achieving goals; making different even a single player; have an expert title that famous in majoring sector; love and beloved; respect by friends and family; having lovely job; laugh a lot; good health and spirit; happy and enjoy present; having enough money to cover up your need; doing new thing and hobby; traveling in new place; having a lot of time to have fun; can rise the kids; use the whole potential that you have; having excited life; find the job that feels like playing; find peace; find balance in life between the time for fork and family; having excited life’s purposes; having ideal house, enough food, good health, and happy family; get out from the house and doing the best job; stop working and enjoy life from investment; helping people with your talent; having original ideas and applicable; honest; loving others; always make something new and marvelous.
In this success purposes, we have to make the self improvement after the self knowing step. Here, people tent to give up in their condition without trying harder and to make the significant change to help them in making everything in a better condition.

As the success story of Oprah Winfrey that we can learn from by becomes herself, she can be the most popular female presenter and the richest celebrity by Forbes, by her 1 billion dollars assets, her talk show is almost publish to the whole world. But, in some cases, will everyone know that she was raped by her mother cousins and delivering the baby because of that. Because of her dark past time, she has the passion to be success and she start to achieve it in her 19 years old.
Her story is about a man who does not want to suffer under her past. She fights for her life and become success. She dares to be herself. So, dare you to be yourself in achieving success? As the time goes, and the environment we involve to, usually divine success based on our parent, our bosses, or society about how to life success supposed to.
No right or wrong thing in this kind of case.

We have heard that the first key to the success is that self development that started with self understanding. What is behind this self knowledge? Can we be success by starting the self knowledge? Wondering about the answer? The prior key in success is that knowing you. This is what we also need in self development process. The question is what to know? The answer is many, started from the understanding about your potential, talent as a gift from God.
Understand the unique talent that people have is not the same to what other has. Know your dream. What do you want to be in the next 5, 10 or 20 years? Know you want to make a step until the end of your career. What do you want to be when you are goes old. This is heard cliché, but actually it is not. This is even more complex. Many people in their old time they do not really understand what potential they have, where to go in their live.
So, there is nothing special when Plato said, ‘know yourself’ because to those who know them self, they know their God, because it will force you more in faith.
